View Reception Quality
The Reception Quality by Meters Graph shows the health of your fixed base system. Received signal strength indicator (RSSI) is a measurement of the power present in a received radio signal. The RX Levels represented are the RSSI levels of the last communication. The relative quality of the system displays as a percentage. The following table describes specifications and colors associated with the reception quality.
Reception Quality | Color | Specification* |
---|---|---|
RX Level 1 | Green | Greater than -105 dBm |
RX Level 2 | Yellow | Between -115 dBm and -105 dBm |
RX Level 3 | Orange | Less than - 115 dBm |
Not Received | Red | No connection. These meters require immediate attention. |
* dBm indicates that the power ratio is expressed in decibels (dB) with reference to one milliwatt (mW). The common reference point for power levels in telecommunications circuits is dBm. |
